What this application does with your data
Logtrace is a client-side text formatting tool. Everything you paste into the application is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No text, no metadata, and no identifying information is sent to any server — including ours.
Data collection
Logtrace does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no login system, no cookies for tracking, and no analytics scripts. The website itself is served as static files from a Cloudflare Worker; Cloudflare's edge network processes standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path) for the sole purpose of delivering the page. This metadata is not stored or logged by Logtrace's operator.
Local storage
Logtrace does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or any other browser storage mechanism. The timeline you generate exists only in the DOM of the current browser tab. Refreshing the page clears it.
Third-party services
The page loads font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google's privacy policy applies to that request. No other third-party services are used.
Contact
There is no contact email address for Logtrace because no mailbox has been set up. If you need to reach the operator, the issue must be raised through the channel by which you received this product (e.g. GitHub, the evaluation platform, or the team managing the deployment).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. No separate notification will be sent because there is no mechanism to deliver one. Check back if you are concerned about changes.
